PaperFusion provides book printing, PDF printing, and digital printing in Lahore. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the content provided for printing and that it does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

2. Placing an Order

• You can place orders through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
• Therefore, ensure all details, including specifications, quantities, and delivery addresses, are accurate when submitting your order. PaperFusion is not responsible for errors in the information you provide.
• Additionally, you may need to make a 50% advance payment to confirm your order.

3. Proofing and Approval

• We will provide a digital proof of your project for review before printing.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the proof. Therefore, PaperFusion is not liable for any errors approved in the proof.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed on our website or provided via quotation and may change without prior notice.
• You can make payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified during checkout.
• Full payment is required before we deliver the printed materials.

5. Production and Delivery

• Production times vary based on the complexity and quantity of the order. We will provide estimated delivery timelines at the time of order confirmation.
• However, PaperFusion is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• You can cancel orders before approving the proof. However, once you approve the proof, cancellations are no longer possible since the book moves to the printing stage.
• PaperFusion does not issue refunds for completed projects unless a quality issue is directly attributable to us.
• Moreover, approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by customers remains their intellectual property.
• PaperFusion reserves the right to use generic images of printed materials for promotional purposes, unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.

8. Quality Guarantee

• We strive for the highest quality in all our products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Claims must include photographs of the product and a description of the issue.

9. Limitations of Liability

• PaperFusion is not responsible for errors in content provided by the customer.
• PaperFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages that arise from using our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms of service follow the laws of Pakistan, and therefore, the courts of Pakistan will resolve any disputes
